Welcome to my online medical practice. I’m Dr. Cranmer, an experienced board-certified Emergency Medicine physician dedicated to bringing accessible, high-quality care to patients nationwide. With years spent in one of Chicago’s busiest emergency departments, I now use telehealth to help people manage a wide range of health concerns—from everyday illnesses to long-term wellness goals—all from the comfort of home.
Through my telehealth practice, I offer evaluation and treatment for many common medical needs, including:
General & Preventive Care: Weight management, hypertension, elevated cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, and medication refills
Infections: Respiratory and sinus infections, bronchitis, urinary tract and yeast infections, and skin infections
Specialized Care: Sexually transmitted infection treatment and prevention, erectile dysfunction, travel medicine to include malaria and altitude sickness prophylaxis

Prior to my career in medicine, I served as a US Naval Special Warfare SEAL Officer.
