- Refill on routine meds (routine or already prescribed meds)

- Alcohol addiction treatment
- Work Note ($50 per day, max 2 days note).
NEW PATIENTS:
STEP 1: Communication via chat to see if we are a good fit each other (if we can offer the treatment you need and is within our scope of practice).
STEP 2: Schedule a time for Video visit.
STEP 3: We will meet over video/audio for a short visit.
STEP 4: Proceed with treatment.
NO REFILLS FOR :

- Any hormone related treatment
- Any addiction treatment medications.
- We do not prescribe any controlled substances through push health.
- It is up to the provider to decide if refills/3month-supply is appropriate or not.
