Hello and welcome to my TeleHealth Practice. My intention to provide health care virtually based on a desire to assist self-pay patients to receive an affordable, fast and convenient care for minor illnesses when the assessment and evaluation can be done by observation or based on your signs and symptoms.
Here is the list of conditions that I would consider treating remotely;
Common female infections including: UTI (Urinary Tract infection) and Vaginal yeast infection. Available for women ages 18-60 years old.
Eye, ear and mouth problems including: cancer sore, blister lip sore, cracks on lips, impetigo, pink eye, cold sores prevention , eye or bump/bumps on the eyelid, and swimmers ear.
Injuries and pain including: minor burns and lower back pain that started within the past 3 months.
Insect bites including: head lice and tick bites.
Requesting medications for infection prevention (traveling to Malaria zones, traveling to high-altitude zones, motion sickness prevention, prevention of Influenza, whopping cough after being exposed to a person with pertussis, and HIV prevention for men having sexual contact with other men.
Quitting tobacco (medications and nicotine replacement options)
Respiratory infections (cold, sinus infections, Flu, Hay Fever, Allergies).
Skin and nail problems (acne, athlete foot, diaper rash, eczema, ingrown toenail, jock itch, ringworm, rosacea, shingles, contact dermatitis, poison ivy, and other skin conditions).
Heartburn or acid reflux
Social anxiety, insomnia, erectile dysfunction.
STDs - we are able to treat STDs without seeing patients in person. Please reach out with questions if any. We also provide discounted STD check lab fees.
Remote requests for lab testing including COVID-19 antibodies test.
Remote requests for diagnostic imaging including routine exams like a mammogram, chest x-ray for school physicals, and any other imaging services.
Requests for renewal of medications with the existing prescriptions for such chronic conditions including: hypertension, diabetes, asthma. (Please note the provider may request blood work and will send you a lab-slip order prior to renewals).
Follow-up visits if your issue was taken care of in-person and your provider would like to follow up with you on the outcome.
