3)Click request Prescription and then write what type of service you wish to request (Phone, Video, or Emergency Visit) and the reason

4)You will be charged an authorization fee, and that will only by confirmed once we done.

*If you have a rash or anything you want me to see then video chat is your option!
*If you are sick and need an emergency home visit, write that in your prescription request and I will get it scheduled within a 12 hour turnaround time!
