To provide quality care and maintain your safety, the majority of prescriptions will be written for no more than 90 days (3 months) at a time. Occasionally, once good control has been obtained, this may be prolonged. This may be in bulk quantities or by monthly refills. Please specify which you prefer when making your request.
Push Health services are NOT a substitute for primary care. It is important to follow up with your primary doctor as scheduled and encouraged to do so within 1-2 weeks of illness or new treatments. In cases of emergency, go to your local emergency department for an in-person evaluation.
Requests for vaccination waivers or masking alternatives can not be provided at this time.

FEE SCHEDULE:
For prescriptions, there is a standard Push Health fee and the pharmacy will charge accordingly for the prescription(s) to be filled. I will do my best to provide the most economical options and any discounts available upon request. The Push Health fee covers medical consultation and I cannot guarantee your pharmacy will fill your medication. Refunds will not be made if consultation regarding your request was performed.
While Push Health does not currently accept insurance as a method of payment, medical expenses can be paid for with Health Savings Account (HSA) funds. Review your fund details for further information.
Processing of MEDICAL DOCUMENTS incurs a fee of $35.00 per occurrence.
Processing of PRIOR AUTHORIZATION requests incurs a fee of $200.00 per occurrence.
