Prior Authorization (PA): This requires an invoice to be completed. This is not included in your Rx fee.
Established Patients: Fees defaults to 90 days of my practice fee and not the new pt fee.
Message response within 72 hours
PA turnaround time: dependent on insurance. Typically 72 hours but could be up to 96 hours. Some PAs may take DAYS if we have to call it in.

ABOUT ME:
Catherine Nwora is a DUAL BOARD-CERTIFIED nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine and mental health. She started her career almost years ago as a registered nurse and has worked in a multitude of areas including ICU, Med-Surg, ER, and wound care. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Arkansas Northeastern College (2013), her Bachelor of Science nursing degree from Arkansas Tech University (2015), her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (2019), and her Post-Masters (2021) specializing in psychiatry.
With 6 years of psychiatric nurse experience and 2 years of FNP experience, she has treated patients with acute and chronic depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), weight loss management, ear infections, GERD, Hypertension, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and psychosis, among others.
She appreciates the importance of the patient-clinician relationship, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment to facilitate healing. Catherine is perspicacious; her approach to every patient is addressing the root cause of each condition while providing the utmost care. She seeks to promote total health and wellness - the process of enabling patients to have increased control and management of their health. Her ultimate goal is to enhance emotional, social/relational, environmental, physical, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual wellness - while judiciously utilizing pharmacotherapy and/or psychotherapy.
