How Do Prescription Discount Cards Work?

Prescription discount cards, sometimes referred to as prescription savings cards and drug discount cards, were designed to help patients save money when paying cash for their medications. Getting and using a prescription discount card is typically a simple process:

  1. Download the free discount savings card
  2. Find a local pharmacy
  3. Present the prescription savings card to the pharmacy staff when picking up medication
  4. Pay any discounted rate to buy the medication

The best part about using a prescription savings card is that there's no cost to having one or using it and it can work on both branded and generic medications. Some patients save hundreds of dollars per year on their medications. Additionally, your prescription discount card will never expire. Push Health will soon be offering a prescription savings card program to anyone to help people save money on their drug costs.
